This document sets out the terms and conditions for your Synkkafrica personal account (your account) and its related services. It also sets out other important things that you need to know.

These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions that apply to our services, form a legal agreement (the “Agreement”, or the “Terms”) between:

  • You, the account holder, and
  • Us, Synkkafrica Limited ("Synkkafrica").

1. Purpose and Scope

Synkkafrica connects customers and verified African vendors. These General Terms summarise what applies to everyone using the platform, including booking, payments, privacy, and conduct.

2. Eligibility

Users must be of legal age and provide accurate information. Use must comply with local laws and SynKK policies.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings and payments are processed securely on Synkkafrica via authorised payment partners. Taxes and fees may apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow each listing’s policy and SynKK’s general refund rules. Vendor cancellations grant a full refund or alternative.

5. Responsibilities

All users should provide accurate details, respect policies, and avoid misuse or fraud. Breaches may lead to suspension.

6. Synkkafrica’s Role

Synkkafrica facilitates discovery, bookings and payments but does not own or operate vendor services.

7. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must be honest and respectful. We may moderate or remove misleading or abusive content.

8. Service Modifications and Availability

We may update features or perform maintenance. Temporary interruptions may occur.

9. Data and Privacy

We handle data per our Privacy Policy and share only what’s necessary to complete bookings.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content and technology are Synkkafrica’s property; use is limited to personal, lawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Synkkafrica isn’t liable for vendor operations or indirect damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected booking.

12. Termination and Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, misuse, or policy breaches. Users can close accounts via settings.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes in advance.
